Delete your Oddience account

You can permanently delete your account from the Oddience app. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email—no web login required.

Delete in the app

Four simple steps

This is the fastest way to delete your account and associated personal data. Make sure you are signed in to the account you intend to remove.

    Open Oddience

    Sign in to the account you want to permanently delete.

    Go to Settings

    Tap the Settings tab, then choose Account.

    Choose Delete Account

    Scroll to the account actions and tap Delete Account.

    Confirm deletion

    Review the retained-history warning, then tap Delete account.

If you are the only member of a circle, that circle is deleted too. If other members remain, you are removed and shared history is anonymized so their results stay accurate.

Cannot access the app?

Request deletion by email

Send the request from the email address connected to your Oddience account whenever possible. Support may reply to verify ownership before processing the deletion.

Your email app will open with the subject and request text ready to review and send.

Include in your request

  • The email address or username connected to the account
  • A clear statement that you want the Oddience account permanently deleted
  • Any access issue that prevents you from deleting it inside the app

Your data

What deletion means

Oddience removes the data that identifies and powers your personal account. A limited amount of anonymized shared history may remain so deletion does not change other members’ past results.

  • Your sign-in account and authentication credentials
  • Profile details, email, username, profile photos, and account settings
  • Notifications, device tokens, preferences, and onboarding information
  • Pending join requests, circle membership, and your retained wager picks

Retained without your live identity

Shared and audit history

  • Shared circle and wager history needed by the other members of those circles
  • Point-ledger and activity records needed to keep shared results accurate
  • Limited system usage and cost records needed for service integrity and auditing

Your identity is replaced with “Deleted member” and a non-routeable internal label. These records may remain for the lifetime of the related shared record, or as needed for security, integrity, and legal compliance.

Uninstalling is not deletion

Removing Oddience from your device leaves your account intact.

Ownership may be verified

Email requests may require a reply before we can safely delete the account.
