Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use Oddience. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

Use of the service

• Use the service only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
• Do not harass, threaten, impersonate others, or post illegal or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to access accounts without permission or interfere with the service.

Entertainment only; no gambling

Oddience is a social app intended for entertainment with friends. It is not a gambling or wagering platform and does not facilitate real-money betting. You agree not to use the service to conduct, promote, or participate in unlawful gambling or real-money wagers.

User content

You are responsible for content you create and share. You grant Oddience a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely to provide and improve the service.

When you create or send a wager share link, you direct Oddience to publish the wager details shown in the sharing disclosure outside the private circle. Share links can be forwarded or cached, so only share content that you have the right to share and are comfortable making visible to anyone with the link.

Your use of the service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
