• Usage data: app interactions, device type, OS version, log data, and diagnostics.
• Content you create: wagers, comments, reactions, circles, and shared media.
• Cookies and local storage: to keep you signed in and remember preferences.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve Oddience features.
• Personalize your experience and remember settings.
• Keep the platform safe by detecting abuse, fraud, or violations.
• Communicate about updates, security, and support.
• Use aggregate analytics to understand product performance.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers, legal and safety partners when required, or as part of a business transfer.

If you choose to share a wager link, the wager question, description, options and odds, status, deadline, and winning outcome may be visible to anyone who receives or is forwarded that link, including people outside your circle. The public preview does not include the circle name, member identities, picks, stakes, pools, or payouts. Resetting a link stops it from opening the wager through Oddience, but it cannot remove previews, screenshots, or copies already stored by third-party messaging services or recipients.

Data retention

We retain personal information as long as necessary to provide the service and for legitimate business purposes. When an account is deleted, personal account data is removed. Shared circle, wager, activity, point-ledger, and limited system-audit records may remain without the deleted account's live identity when needed to preserve other members' history, service integrity, or comply with law.

Account deletion

You can permanently delete your account in Oddience from Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, visit our account deletion page to submit a request without signing in and review exactly what data is deleted or retained.

Your choices and rights

• Access or update your profile and settings in the app.
• Delete your account and associated personal data.
• Control cookies through your browser settings.
